Recruitment and Placements

We keep a pool of applications in our Talent Pool database for placements whenever a client needs them. We do pre-screening on applications and take the shortlisted candidates through formal screening process and keep only the ones we think have met our standard criteria for placements. Our Recruiters work closely with our clients when a vacancy is referred to us to the time the position is filled.

Recruitment Process

Recruitment and placement process include the following;
   1. Job Advertisements
   2. Pre-Screening Applications
   3. Short list Applications
   4. Reference Checks
   5. Interview Candidates
   6. Arrange Pre-Employment medical checks (optional upon client request)
   7. Administer Employment Contracts/Offers (optional upon client request)
   8. Salary and Conditions negotiation on behalf of clients (optional upon client request)
   9. Onboarding including Visa (optional upon client request)

   * No Retainer/Commitment Fees
   * Fees applicable only on successful Placement
   * No Advertisement Fees
   * No Placement Fees
   * 10 – 15 Working Days turn-around time
   * Free Post-recruitment support (where required)

Talent Pool

We have a pool of talents or potential candidate CVs for general and specialized roles in our database and a range of networking with technical trades persons within different industries in Papua New Guinea. Our Talent Pool includes potential candidates from University Degree holders, Technical Trades persons down to cleaners and security guards. We supply all forms and any category of labour supply to organizations.
